In the Southdowns National Park, near Alfriston, we have been commissioned to carry out a full topographical survey of a steeply sloping site. This is required to design access steps from the road up to the house and then further up to the garden area.

We will obtain planning permission to extend the upper level of the garage onto the garden and convert it to a residential annex.
We are looking into providing a porch to the house and a pumped draining system to a new sewage treatment plant.
This is an interesting project which will enhance the property and the National Park. We look forward to assisting our client through the design & application process, through to completion of this project.
