At the end of 2019 we carried out an extensive land survey of a 4 acre woodland, to establish the correct boundaries in comparison to the Title Plan.
There is some discussion between our client and users of a private road and we have been able to establish the boundary line between the two. The other boundaries were significantly different from the remains of any fencing, some of which appeared to have been recently moved. We will be returning to place boundary stakes on the ground to allow a fencing contractor to enclose the site. This is necessary for insurance purposes as the landowner could be liable for injury to third parties accessing the land from the public footpath as people tend to do if no fence exists.
