We have been commissioned to prepare a planning application for conversion of a historic timber frame barn, in the grounds of a listed building to a residential annexe. This will involve a detailed, measured survey of the timber frame barn and levels around the sloping site. It will also require a full archaeological assessment of the building to accompany the planning application. We will then progress the design phase for agreement with the client prior to preparation of the full details required for a listed building application.
This client has also commissioned us to obtain building regulation consent once approved by the planners. We can then progress through the contract administration to completion of the project.
